FAIRY BALLET UNIFORM

Fairy Ballet Uniform Requirements

Whilst our other genres have no compulsary uniform requirements, Fairy Ballet will require the appropriate dance wear for the classical format in which we will be teaching.

It is beneficial to us from a teaching perspective to have an un-impaired view of the childs posture and position and its beneficial to the child  in the form of both disipline and technique.

The students will be required to wear a leotard (preferably pink or Black,  Ballet stockings (pale pink or theatrical pink) and Ballet slippers ( Not Jiffys!).

They also need their hair tied back, preferably in a bun.

Tutus and skirts are not necessary they are for performaneces rather than lessons.

We will however allow Hot Pants (short bike shorts).

Wrap tops are also ok in the cooler months.

I do have limited new and 2nd hand leotards, stockings and ballet slippers available to purchase and i can also provide a number of retail outlets which supply these items.
